White & Yellow Tea

Delicate spring leaves are spread thinly on bamboo mats in a single layer and allowed to dry naturally in the sun. This gentle & minimal processing is perfect for retaining the natural shape of the tea material. White teas are famous for their soft mouthfeel & sweet, delicate floral aromas.
Yellow tea is a unique post-oxidised tea. An oxidisation stage is encouraged after the tea has been fixed by sha qing (‘kill green’)
